Auto create account is enabled, create your account from game.
Steps:
1. Download and install Lineage 2 High Five client.
2. Download Viserion connection patch and use WinRar to extract.
3. Delete system folder in your lineage 2 root directory and extract new system folder.
4. Open system folder and run L2.exe then play
