Title: Divine Curse don't work

Dear administrators, the skill Divine Curse id: 1525 is not reducing the healing received.
Its descriptions says:"For 2 minutes, casts the wrathful curse of the gods to decrease the effect of recovery magic by 50%. Decreases 9 HP every second."

I request the correction of the skill. Thank you in advance.
