Title: Soulhounds - Pride of Kamael not working correctly

Hi!

The Pride of Kamel buff doesn't give +40% Patk/Matk when enchanted, just +23% Patk, nad +25% Matk respectively. I've tested other mage classes like Soultaker's Arcane Power work correct +30% Matk, Storm Screamer's works just fine +35% Matk, but the Pok doesn't. Could you fix it?

Hello,

This skill was decreased years ago to improve classes PvP and avoid huge damage deal.
