Cezar is a Game Master he can not fix bugs and things. His privileges have a limit.
Yes he said what I said and as I said I have printscreens to proove myself.
I don't believe that his willings are bad, but I believe that his experience is low and thats all.

Hello Maximus,

The [GM]Cezar made a huge mistakes. I don't know his age or his experience as Game Master so I judge from what I saw.
I have more than 10 print screens about his Announcements to proove my words.

Mistake #1 He banned a player for spamming, there is a rule about it yes and i understand that. But, and here is the mistake, The player that got banned didn't even was talking the time that he got banned. When a player is spamming warn him or even chat ban him at the period that he is doing the spamm not 3-4 days after as Cezar said.
There were other players that was spamming in different languages but not the player that got the ban and the warnings in the Announcements.

Mistake #2 He said directly to all players that he is sneaking in their chats and he knows what they are talking about.
In my opionion (even if he has the authority to do such thing) he should't sneakin in pms/clan/ally chat.
He should care what ppl are talking in global chats, hero voices, all chats, trade chats.
He could use keywords also about what ppl saying in pms, ally chat, and clan chat but only for his name or yours, since players also in my opinion, should respect the Game Master and Administrator and don't flame him in any chat.
Having access in ally, clan, pms chat and sneaking on them I believe its "illegal" (couldn't find a better word) and can lead from leaking information to whatever you can think.
Also even if he wants to check everything, and even if we say that the Game Master is not also a player (something that I don't believe that its true), even then he shouldn't announce his actions.

Mistake #3 and pretty big! He banned players because they judged his action! Also he did that 10 minutes before Antharas spawn! And i explain...
Players when they saw that he was spamming in Announcements things that had no logic, they started saying to him that he is doing mistakes. Personaly I pmed him told him to stop and tryed to come in contact with you as you saw.
So Cezar lost control and start ban players without any reason. Chat bans all over, chat bans that 20-30 mins after he took back (that shows us that was wrong action).

Mistake #4 His judgement was all wrong. Things like:
"stop QQ to me or I will do big pause on chat, I am tired" "I was so close to unban but the X player said something so I will ban again" "I chat ban a lot of mins if I have provoke from 1 player" "Go on ddos the server" (this one I was like "really dude?" you are talking to Announcements by provoking players to DDOS attack on the server?)

Also chatting in global chat with a language that was not English.
There were some pms to me directly also that i don't really wanna talk about them.

All that leads me to an opinion that [GM]Cezar should be removed from the GM team. Ofc that is only my opinion and I am not the guy who will decide about it. But for sure he shows to us that he can not handle situations.

@xxConan I speak in behalf of Reborn Clan first and then as the ally leader of BrotheHood.

1st of all none of my clan dopped items on the ground and the guy who did that was dismissed from the Clan.

2nd We did something that yes was illegal, but we didn't know about it, and the result of that action had consequences to our ally as to your 2-3 players that entered the lair with us. Yes cause was only 2 or 3 of you, you can report me and I will be happy to get punishment for something my ally did against 2-3 players.
That gives us as result a complaining about something you didn't even fight for, but you tried to steal! Thats your status, level and attitude.
You are talking about a rule braking when you weren't even there. So lets report those players who are dropping items in their instances, in their clan hall, in their castle etc.

3d least but not last.
Talking about favors from Administration what's the favor exactly? Punishment on the player who abused the bug of the server? That's a favor to you? Cause to me it looks like a favor when i received the message from Maximus "Dagz reported me the bug thats why he didn't got jail time".
The guy who abused the bug, that guy reported it, that guy didn't got any punishment.

4th and last.
You were complaining that I was complaining that if things in the server won't be normal, bugs fixed, players who abuse bugs get punishments, and something will happen with unbalanced things I will leave the server.
I never said something like that ofc. Instead I said that things like that puss ppl out of the server.
Now that you start getting punishment for your illegal actions you are coming here to say to our faces things like:
"Its bad for us that we didn't left server earlier" "We leave cause Maximus making favors" and things like that.

Grow up. Grow some ballz. Stop complaining when you loose. Stop abuse bugs. And start fair fight for every shit you want to get.

Exactly but thats on x1 rates server. We are playing on x50 rates server.
The things u can produce from castles is a reason to have a castle except the TW flags.
The server has already epic jewls on shop and armors and its petty easy that makes ppl dont matter to participate on actions, but sieges are something that are at the end of the week and ppl wants to play and participate but they also want something as reward to stay and fight for 2 hours for a castle.
If they can not get atleast QHP or BOGS from that whats the point?

For that reasons i puted some solutions there either to raise the crop rates or to put crops on shop.
After all not so many ppl care about it except of some clan leaders.

As We can see on the preplies on the forum all replies from Inferno clan is full of hate and flame and bad attitude.
The same thing is your game play.

I will answer only about "items on the floor" Was not from my clan or my cps and i had no idea about the rule.
1 Guy who droped items on the floor from our clan is out of the clan already.
If the Administration wants to punish us also about the dropping items we are here to accept the punish.

About the Valakas u said I was not there so I don't care what you did there.
We are not lame but as you agreed you are.

So what do we have the last 10 days i am testing the server:

1. Seed/Crops and Manor Manager problems.
The crops that you take from a monster after you seed it is max 5.
When you need for example 3000 crops to get something from the castle.
That makes it impossible for a clan leader to make anything for the castle and that leads to it being useless to have a castle at all. Can u find a good reason to have a castle ? Cause I don't. I feel like the only good is the image.
Alternative seeds NEVER succeed in seeding so it's pointless even to try.

Solutions to that problems:
*Raise the crops drop rate
*Put the crops directly to gm shop (yes it will take some time) at a pretty low price so Clan leaders are able to buy the damn crops and the problem is over.

2. Bugs and Exploit on them.
Before some days players were able to take a vesper weapon and exchange it in donation store for a mid weapon with just 10 Donator Coins. /Fixed.

Today we killed Antharas and 2 players (Dagz and Sticky) had entered the lair with wyverns (able to target them unable to kill them). They went and stacked on the top of the lair so we could target them but we couldn't hit them at all.
That had as result when the Antharas died, they had no video, they came down, picked Antharas necklace and the bow that dropped and they left the cave.

The server rules are "Bugs or exploits usage is not allowed. If you find a new bug or exploit you should immediately inform the server administration about it and u will be rewarded if it is an important bug."

Solution:
*The players have to return what they picked up.
*The players must be punished for their actions and something like that won't repeat in the future.

3. Spam in Hero Voice.
There is like a week that a player with the name ZaddriMypet spams all day on the hero's voice.
That kind of spam is annoying and yes I can block him but I have 100 chars and I am not the only player that is annoyed by this player.

Solution:
*A good warning and maybe some mins chat ban.
*If he continues, some hours in jail.

P.S.
Please read and keep in mind everything because we really want to continue playing here.
But things like that push us out of the server.

You are wrong. First of all we could target them but couldn't hit them
2nd they were high up to the cave with the wyverns so they had no video when antharas died.
3d they picked directly the 2 drops ignoring all other drops at the time we were watching the video.
4th Its the first server that i see a guy enter the lair with a wyvern. Thats a bug at its own.
5th And yes i could use the same bug as them, but that doesnt make my game smarter or fair, just makes me the same shit as them.

Hello there.

Some players Like Dagz and Sticky, entered the lair of Antharas with bug abuse on a wyvern. We could target them but we couldn't hit them.
So after we killed Antharas and we had the video ending. Those players came down and immediately picked up the Antharas Earing and the Bow that droped, ofc they ignored all other drops.
On the floor was tones of drops and we spammed pick up also but they picked directly those drops, that can happen only when u use a 3d proggram.

This is a bug abuse. This can not happen in any other way.

We are asking the return of the drops and punishment for those players.
If the administration believes that things like that can be allowed to happen, Me personally I have no place in a server like that.

Hello,
I 've contact Maximus days ago and i got an answer the 2nd day. After that i am trying to find him but no answer.

So When u seed a monster, the crops that you are getting back as result is max 6 on numbers.
That meas that the crops drop are x1 or x2 max.
When you have a castle you need to buy the crops threw the manager in order to buy many supplies from the castle.
With that rates on crop drops you will never be able to gather crops enough for that.

So In my opinion on a server with x50 rates to have a manor crop drop rate on x1 x2 its insane.
We need atleast 10 to 15x rates on crops for things to be balanced.

Hi there,

As a lot of us we know, somehow, the archers in this server make insane damage.
We have tested a full tank (geared with elegia set+) vs a trickster without full geared and not even full attributes.
The results was crazy. The tank died with 4 criticals from the trickster.

If the GM/Administration doesn't plan to fix that in the next days, I am sad to say it, but the server doesn't worth our time.

We are an International Clan with a lot of Greeks in our community. We have a big history in l2 servers (mostly interlude/gracia final/freya clients and some times in high five clients).
We are here to stay play and enjoy.
We are looking for active players from all over the world.
Our target is to have fun, share knowledge and experiences, play the game and claim everything we can.
