summons are nerfed ? i hope you joke summoner is OP on server. In oly OP class, in event summoner OP in pvp also.
phoenix summon is nerefed ? same like upper
Adventure nerfed ? are you kidding me ? dagger is so hard on this server

Maximus, problem is one. You making bad decision about balanced. Every debuff work 100% like fear, paralyze, anchor, limit. Skill dmg from archer, daggers. summoners.
