Those who see text / font in game BIG and all pages are somehow really bad go to Display Settings - Scale and layout and change from 125%-150% to 100%.
I was able to reproduce this for now only on 15.6" laptop display 1080p on desktop monitors is fine.
L2.exe is responsible to make this transition and keep the correct ratio but we have a custom L2.exe from Smart-Guard and I wait for them to fix, if they will ever fix it.
