Offline buffer bug

Hello, I oppened an offline buff store in  Giran.  Then player nickname nldance opened very close to my buffer his/her offline buffer. When I logged in to the game with my buffer and tried to oppen an offline buffer again  i got a msg that i cannot open a buffer because other npc are too close.
1. How was it possible that player nldance opened an npc offline buffer just next to me without any space space betwen and why i couldn't open my buffer at the very same spot? 2. Why many npc buffers in Giran are dead as the attached photo shows? They cannot give buffs and they take space so other players cannot open their buffers.

Hello, i dont know what can i say about your buffer. Maybe when you log him, you move him a little, and you can't find again the spot you had before. Regarding the other problem, some chars died few days ago. I ress them now and they are operative buffers.
