Mardil's SA (Magic silence) simply doesn't work. =(

I would like to suggest that your healing power be improved, such an expensive weapon has no benefits, it is simply not worth having.

According to the SA description: "Has a 10% chance of casting Silence when using a magic skill on the target."

The other weapons with this SA are working perfectly, only the Mardil's Fan doesn't work.

I've seen it, the link is wrong. It doesn't make any sense that the debuff applies to critical hits, but rather to the use of magical skills, as stated in the weapon's description. As I said, all weapons that have this SA are correct, except Mardil's Fan.

Please, if you're not going to cooperate with relevant information in fixing the bug, don't get in the way.
