Anti-game behavior in events
« on: February 06, 2025, 04:59:53 PM »
Hello friends, I'm here to report some behaivour that I personally think should be punished with jailtime, some clans in the server ,even in events like TvT, don't attack each other even if they're in opposing teams, others just join events to be AFK.
I've talked to some friends to see if this ever happen to anyone of them and they all said that's normal, and thats one of the causes they're givin up to join the events.
I do know that's a hard thing to automatize the punishement to the players that are in event with that kind of behavior, but I think it's a topic that should be care to the growth of the server.

When the commitment to corporatism is greater than the commitment to fun. They enter the event and the team with the largest clan participation plays for the clan and not for the team, it is at the very least a lack of respect for the players.

Hello everyone,
I would like to express my support for the idea that behaviors like this really harm the players who are committed and want to enjoy the events fairly and competitively. It is extremely frustrating for those who dedicate time and effort to play honestly, to see others entering just to ruin the experience. When some players choose to join events just to stay AFK or not attack, it not only disrespects the effort of those playing correctly, but also creates a toxic and demotivating environment. The experience for those who want to have fun and compete fairly becomes compromised, and this can lead to a drop in interest from the more dedicated players. It?s essential that the server takes action against these behaviors, so that everyone can play in a healthy and fair environment. What is fair for all players who seek enjoyment and quality competition is to ensure that those who disrespect the rules and the spirit of the game are appropriately punished. If we don?t do something about it, we risk demotivating the community that genuinely wants to play and contribute to the server's growth. Let?s all work together to ensure the server remains a space where respect and fair play prevail.

Hello,

Yes some players join events example Korean Style but stay afk, if they'r team win good if not 0 effort, I can do rules for this but will lead to more frustration, if they are afk then the AFK system will decrease points, if they do not attack clan members in the opposing force is nothing I can do.

Hello Maximus  ;D,

I hope you are well. It would be interesting to implement rules or penalties for players who become AFK during events. As mentioned above, an AFK player harms the gameplay of the event. For example, I just participated in a TVT, with 6 players on each side, if I'm not mistaken, and 4 players on my team were AFK. It completely discouraged me from participating.
You could consider creating some kind of rule or, in some extreme case, punishing the player who becomes AFK. Punishing players who are AFK would indeed generate frustration, but only for those players. I believe the rest of the community would be grateful.
Thank you for your time and consideration.

hello,

I think making a rule will not help, the best way if a player is AFK in some specific events only like TVT, CTF for let's say 70 seconds to be removed from the event.
