Hi, my game crushes every time I try to use any shop in game. Thanks

Reinstall system, if this does not help the client might be corrupted and you will have to make a clean install.

I have done both but still get critical error when I try to buy stuff from the shop

Fixed. I found on a forum someone with same problem. Had to install new msxml.
