Title: Event Code 38/1 Max

Max,me and few other players have problem to log.
After past Win update getting smartguard error
Event code 38/1. Clear client,off firewal,cleaned PC.
Is any way to fix?

I was talk with GM on Skype,He dont know :/
So i alrdy trying "rollback" Windows before past Update.
If fail,after years i Will finaly end on server :D

You does your Windows rollback to old build too? And dont work?

I wait for a reply from the smartguard seller, maybe he can provide an update to fix this issue. Until then rollback last windows 10 update

Max can you fix the problem with Code 38/1 ? Smartguad still block login

I think Max working on that. About rollback Windows,i found that in Windows Update sethinks. Hard to follow step by step,using czech version of win ,you Will find IT too sure in your:)

Its just move your windows to "build" before that hell update :D

with the new anti-bot update this issue will be gone, create a new post if you have other issues
