Title: Cancel buffs return

Hi Max, can you please reconsider this :

24.01.2020
-Disabled return of buffs, only create problems (on next server restart)

This is turning out to be very bad for pvp.
Pvp is done much faster, ppl don't bother going to rebuff and come back...
Also sieges and tw pvp has gone down a lot. It's no fun constantly having to rebuff.

People please leave your opinions also.

My opinion is that it could be good if the buffs come back after 2-3 minutes. For that time the fight will be over probably, but dont have to go rebuff after every single cancel.

I made an active songer to support my party in pvp , why rebuff?:S

this feature contains a bug, when I will fix it I will probably reopen the return buff option
