Title: Error uploading Judicator skills

Hi. I have a problem, this morning to check my character and try to enchant some skills, notice that the skill Vamp Impulse figure Lv 0 and +0 enchant in the skills box. Yesterday I uploaded it and left it +4, as seen in the skill bar. Could you review this please. thanks

this issue has been solved after restart? if not email me in game with skill name and I will try to remove/replace the skill
