Hi, my concern is that even though i enchanted my Fear skill to +30 Cost, it does not stay on enemy more than 10-15 seconds. Why is that? I know, 70 sec (which the skill clearly states) would be a bit OP, but the entire enchanted skill must be adjusted. (the chance also a POS, the duration is 60 sec less than it should be.) (Soultaker, lvl 85)

I think it's intentional for balance, like disarm 10 sec duration on +30 time

Imagine all the +30 skills having the duration intended. Now with that in mind, can you imagine the outcry of people calling for nerfs? We`ll have 50 Seseles in the chat daily. Do you want that? I don`t.
Whatever the reason that the time is what it is, it offers some balance in pvp, which will never be perfectly balanced, but at least we may get close to it.

Thats ok. But how it comes to other debuffs like seal of silence remains the same 1.5mins long? is that not making unbalance that u modify some skills and leave other actually same type of skill on the original ways?

Did they modify them or were they left in their original state? (at least most)
My biggest problem with high rates is that people have easy access to +15/30skills. You take the different enchant routs into consideration and you have e very different game from the original retail one. Because most players couldn`t afford all skills to go that high. You add the values of +++ armor and jewels (in this case 16), and you kinda screwed the game, which if it was ever balanced (which it was not), it was in it`s initial state, where these values weren`t considered.
I remember a time when sleep was cast instantly, like trance now. And a SPS would come close to you, sleep you instantly, and start canceling you, which didn`t break the sleep. It was gf right there. Was that balanced?

maybe you would like to be Admin or Gm in the game L2 by magicex ....

I know that on some server they modifie fear time depending on crits
So if u crit enemy it has a chance to remove the fear state, maybe it works same here?
Also i see no reason why u complain since u can spam fear like crazy

As well as Silence is nerfed, it should last for 1 minute but last only a few secons.
Though, Curse of Doom skill from Soul Taker is NOT nerfed...
Silence/fear have a quite long duration for A REASON. The reason is to get rid of enemy team supporters for a while. That's why in TVT events, the team that has a Bishop always wins, because the skills meant to stop healers (fear, silence etc) are not working retail...
Full bishops with infinite mana which cannot be silenced or feared, are just inmortal. That's what I call unbalanced.
Lineage 2 h5 is naturally balanced itself, original files... no need to balance anything.
The current server we got is so unblanaced because of the changes GM did to "balance", which made the opposite effect.
I won't mention names but I know other L2 H5 long term servers with no modifications which are truly balanced, so that's why the high population.
