Hi Max, I want to know if you are going to fix the classes or not.
Mages: It is the same to use a MID or a TOP weapon, as they will do the same damage. Using the command (.stats) I have seen that all Mages have Magic Crit. Rate = 14.0 (image). That's ridiculous, not all Mages have the same range, as the Mystic Muse should have more critical damage range than other Mages.

A Storm Screamer with a top +16 weapon and about 20k from M. Atk. does the same damage as other Magicians. All Mages do the same damage regardless of their M. Atk.
Finally, i don't know if Wild Magic (Passive) is working or not, because the Magic Crit. Rate (14.0) does not change. If I use any weapon = 14.0, if I use a weapon with Wild Magic = 14.0.
What's happening here?
Archers: Here the same thing happens as with the Mages, everything does the same damage. It is IMPOSSIBLE for a Dark Elf to have the same damage as a Light Elf. It is impossible for an archer with a TOP bow to do the same damage as with a MID or Vesper bow (same enchants).
- Dark Elf critical hit = 2k
- Light Elf critical hit = 2k
- Human critical hit = 2k
*In short, all magicians and archers do the same damage and the Mystic Muse has the same Magic Crit. Rate than other magicians. What is this?

* Many more classes have been changed/ruined (Duelist, Grand Khavatari, etc.) and there are others (Tricksters, Daggers) that needs a deep revision.
I have been playing on this server since Oct/2017 (intermittently, of course) and have never seen classes work as badly as they are now.
