Title: L2.bin has stopped working

Hello,

After today smart-guard update many cannot open L2, no matter what you try to reinstall system, L2 client, format Windows will not work, also having the same issue on my main Windows 7 PC, on my Windows 10 laptop I have no issues... reported this but not sure how much it will take to get a reply, for now i'm searching for a solution and will post here.
