Hello,
Due to heavy number of help requests support is temporary delayed, please note you may receive an answer after several days, also the priority order will be:
1. E-mail on [email protected] -> reply 2 - 4 days
2. Skype: Thor_L2 -> reply 3 - 5 days
3. Game mail -> reply 4 - 7 days | Please use this method only for light issues
4. Forum & Forum messages -> reply 7 - 14 days
5. Game PM - please avoid this method of contact at this moment
6. Facebook - please avoid this method of contact at this moment
Where 1 is faster response and 6 slower response.
Please note: Support will end at 00:10 GMT+2 ( server time ) including donation reward.
Currently other GM's are unavailable, please send a message to me only if important.
Starting with 25 January 2021 - 31 January 2021 support will be temporary suspended, send help request starting with 1 February 2021.
