hi..i download system and when i click for create characer i have crittical......i had that in old system ...i had 5-6 characters on deferent accounts for long time(old version)and when i try 2 months before i had that problem on version 5 too... but i was playing with what i had...now i cant enter in new system cuase off this :( ...something with my settings-pc but im not good for this...if someone undestand my problem and can help pls.(

can you post your error?

try to reinstall L2 hf and download again system
