I saw some players accusing Cezar about helping other players, I did check logs and he did not, he is missing all the privs to even do it.. I also saw some screens from a party, but is missing context, can mean anything.
Guys if you have complains about him reply below, but has to have some arguments too.

max, i was one of the do pvp againts mayito. tell me how can i hit a tricker for citical of 500?. is simple. or cezar help like the screens i have, or use some bugs.

Well, the same thing that was sent by your skype we are going to have to put it here and explain "better".
Why does a player need to be in a party with a GM to make a 3 vs 1? and last much longer than 1 tank? Unless you have 5 tanks in your party that activate and can upload your Pdef in a pvp that lasted more than 15 minutes ... I think it's logical

2.I was asked in pm's to check players,so i invite him to easy chat...."i go,was funny ...blabla..." i typed shortly but normally was i go,no bot here,was funny you killed alot (bcs i saw that pvp,not bcs i help him)
3. How you can "accusing" me with that video,when i dont have many privil like GM...i can ban/kick/chatban/jail...thats all

I did check the logs, Cezar is a victim here, the person who should be banned is Mayito for spreading lies from a single chat out of context on discord... Shame so many players believe this kind of crap and start scream for no reason.
BTW: Cezar has privs to teleport, ban, jail, kick and some other commands that cannot give advantage to anyone...

Excuse me?. I was gm in few servers.
When the admin have doutb about any gm, simple kick from that "stat" btw even if he hace that "privi" he can use skill over enchant on si chat, or can give him un trade si armor +3000 and who can tell that not happen? There u hace the probe, but u dont want take whats need to take. Se must fight againts players and gms it's okay, they fue snyway

And explain me how can a trick be hiting flor 500 with double PVP argu (pasive and active) + fy + ape + boss jewels + full skill + 4 flags. Check if not bot, but dont check stats? That u see a tank 4 playes full? Common.....

this reminds me with the history 1 year ago with GM Morfinel
i have a few things to say
1. GM should never interfear with in game parties conversations etc unless its bug or donated related
2. Cezar in my eyes u are a complete failure since u have 0 knowledge about l2 and u have 0 power
every time i pm'd u for some issue u couldnt help me...
3. Maximus u need developer help for the server, not this kind of clown who interfear with players and gameplay
4. yes he did force join the party and not from invite...

I asked Cezar to send me each time he jail and chatban a player the reason and explanation why he did it, some insult him and make accusations, this is not ok.

cezar is a fail gm max, i pm him 1 time cause a guy in shout offend my family, he didnt do anything, and no he wasnt afk... he is not objectif

Its seems weird. GM checking bots, see a tricker full berseker against 4 players full with fy and ape, tank like nothing happen? Really. Don't try to take us like fools. Like u say human have mistakes. Cezar must have the courage and make an autoreflection and says, okay i Made a mistake, its not a maximus foult. Sorry.

So you are saying that you ask nicely ppl to stop spamming or support the spammers but you dont seem that nice on that pm. Exactly the oposite, you seem like you are threatening him or at least being ironic. People dont appreciate that way of enforcement and you should know better since you are managing a community, not to mention you last chatban fiesta.

and i saw him kill you 4 vs1 but he die after he kill you...he didnt kill all 4...and i saw his buffs...and he resist 50 sec from his buff. TY.I'm done to give you explanation,because you cant understand

Why so much drama, affort the problem and Say i'm sorry, just that. Dont care know your armor jewels or weapon, cuz the dmg has been done. We just want justice and clear server. Equal for all (not talking about donte).

- Using bot programs like ( L2walker, L2net ) or any kind of programs is forbidden!
- Bugs or exploits usage is not allowed. If you find a new bug or exploit you should immediately inform the server administration about it and u will be rewarded if it is an important bug.
- It is forbidden to trick someone else and steal his/her items or adena (scamming-false shop).
- Any manifestation of offensive language, harassment, discrimination and racism in any chat will not be tolerated.
- Do not lag the server by dropping items on the ground.
- Begging and chat spamming are not allowed, can lead to permanent chat ban.
- Sharing accounts is allowed, but you are the only one responsible for giving out your account information. You will not be reimbursed for the loss of any items, characters or accounts, as a result of sharing your account information.
- It is forbidden to advertise other servers.
- It is forbidden to buff players in town, if they don't want that.
- Do not heal Raid Boss.
2. Pvp / Pk Rules:
- It is forbidden to PK in low level area with a high level character.

I saw some players accusing Cezar about helping other players, I did check logs and he did not, he is missing all the privs to even do it.. I also saw some screens from a party, but is missing context, can mean anything.

Leaving aside the whole screen shot issue with Cezar which true or not can be put aside for a moment!
Lets focus on his behavior towards people, including the way he Speaks and answers to people, his threats in private chat, his name calling for players etc!
I never liked him for various reasons which im not gonna go into right now!
People have opinions, they can express their opinions as long as they do not curse or use shitty words!

Since this server started i have constantly tried to help Maximus by testing bugs, reporting bugs,looking for bugs, unfair game play, unfair behavior etc. (Maximus can confirm this).
I have stated my opinion regarding Cezar , by telling him that i think he dosent really make a difference on the server and that in my opinion he should pack up his suitcase and leave us be
He then messaged me explaining how i am wrong and bla bla and i should be careful cuz i migh get a really bad chat ban for this! i told him that i constantly keep in touch with maximus and that if he knew who i was he would know im trying to help as much as i can. He then called me some idiotic name in Romanian. I then just told him to spare me the bullshit and i ignored the whole deal!

Cezar u are useless for the server... u play here hitler and stalin on server, reading ppl chats, jailing banning them if u dont like them and u are selective...
u cant fix nothing u cant help nobody with their problems, u only cause more problems instead of assisting maximus u only create more drama and problems...
about jomalon her experience i had the same with ppl offending my mother and cezar not doing anything about it...

Haras,i dont have nothing to hide! that SS you post is from that time when i ask ElPepe,to stop spam with Macros on all with target macro or with his personal msg,all over...player want to read chat ,to see trivia or events...not his personal macros "Elpepe ......"....i chatban then him first because he didnt stop,after that i chatban all who support him doing same think.(i ask him nicely to stop,but he dont want,wasnt a big drama his chatban 5 min,on other server he was directly banned few minutes because he ignore GM)
And like i said ...i cant enchant items or skills or others stuffs... i helped players with what i can...when i didnt have privil to help them on that problem,i ask them to mail to Maximus(just all)...i know when i chatban or ban...Max knows too...can see it and on servers logs...

i wanna make it clear that it wasnt me Haras who posted that SS . but still doesnt change the reason why we posted it .. 1st of all that SS has nothing to do with what happend that time when you were chatbanning ppl cause they were spamming Elpepe the dady etc. That SS is from few days ago when a guy was even insulting my mother and still i wasnt replay to him with insults just used a word sperma and i got the chatban .. i can still accept it! After i got unbann i just reply for Fun thanks for Chatban and you chatbanned me again and then exept that , that lets say it was acceptable (thats wasnt) you pmed me by saying to me Dont QQ about chatban.. and then you are looking from others to saw some respect at you? even if the GM speaks in a way like that ,....what you you will exept from single players ? and at the end i am not your friend or someone that has give you the right to speak to me in a way like that .. i know that this server is free use but that doesnt me everyone can speak

I haven`t posted on this forum for some time now, but i`ll give my two cents here.
1. There should be a level of mutual respect between GMs and players, and the GM should be the mature figure in this dynamic, while accepting that the player can act childish, and he (the GM) should act accordingly. This does not absolve the player of wrongdoings which i`ll come to later. That means that the authority figure should have understanding, patience, forgiveness, besides the right moral code to interact with, let`s say, not the most mature aspects of humanity who play this game.
2. VENANDIs (ELPEPEs) (as you see i`ve written in CAPS as he prefers it this way) behavior is fully emotional, and as he lacks the maturity to balance his mental and emotional side, you have the above four pages now of chat. Curses, insults, or use of any aggressive or bad language should be addressed with the right course of action, and explained as such as to why it was done. Communication is always the key. However the opportunity should be given for one to redeem himself. Meaning, no permanent solution, but a temporary one. How many temporary ones? And when will the permanent one come? That is a dance that needs to be danced by the parties involved.
3. People should learn not to take insults personally. Even if they are addressed not only to yourself, but to your loved ones. What negative practical use comes of a spoken word, which you ignore, or better yet, return, not in the same way, but in a witty and playful manner? Isn`t it more fun to leave the one making that remark speechless? Their pleasure comes from you being affected by those words. Trying to convey their anger/frustration/negative emotion to you by expressing words, and feeling at ease because you are in the same state as they are. Don`t give them that satisfaction. Grow beyond it.
4. The screenshots with party and chat, offer very little, and leave much for supposition, which isn`t constructive, and hurts the server. I myself was in a party with GMs for various reasons: chat, testing stuff, fixing bugs. It isn`t uncommon. However, the thing i don`t get is the video. How can a player survive 450-1500 hits/person, while being hit from 2 bows for 15 sec, and 1 mage that doesn`t count that much but still.
5. In closing, i would like to say that even if players may not like one player or another, in this case venandi, what happens to one today may happen to another tomorrow. Some may not like his spam, his constant macros, caps, use of non english language while english is being spoken, however i for one, like him as he is. But i have a thing for quirky behavior. I like active people on the chat as long as they are not overtly rude/aggressive. I find these characters bring flavor to a server. You can /ignorethemforlife but you`ll miss out on things that might brighten your day. He should be reprimanded, but not in a permanent way. It would be a shame.
My advice to both parties involved...grow from this incident and make better choices next time. Be well.

Cezar has proven he is not "growing" I still dont get why hes in a position of power showing that attitude repeatedly...

Just check how he replies with insults on this topic, this behavior is unacceptable. Elpepe should be punished and thats out of question but that doesnt give the right to a GM to insult him. ("you are a kid,so you accept it")
In less that a week he managed to misstreat kobeb / haras / elpepe / xxl and who knows how many more.
Does the help he offers balance that behavior for you maximus?

1.- I think that giving notice of why the chat ban or the ban has to be with a reason, that is not warned and the "why" is put with a "."
2.- let's say it's like a "showman" but it's better if the talk / discussion is by wisp

4.- That is the point that I put in discussion and that was not paid attention. The reason for the screems / video is that at that time the player Mayito constantly fell to hit us without using REAL TARGET and no TRAP with his character vs 3 that we hit him (300 - 400) of damage with FULL items and it happened that in mode of celebration the discord showed that screen. So how can you take that? hitting him at times 3k + 1 only player of the 3 more than 1 minute and that he does not die? knowing that a Trickster does not have any kind of skill that raises his Pdef and that he can heal.
So? what is this? in nothing and to continue playing? When BUG reports have been made MANY TIMES in sieges / tw, bot reports have been sent with the action "Bot Report Button" in alt -c and the next day to see the character playing as if nothing ... many things are covered and it remains in nothing
