Title: PvP Daggers

During an attack, there is a chance to cancels  a target's enhanced status by more than 1, or decreases a target's Shield Defense.

Why cancel of daggers wont work?

All daggers are same with or without {PvP} enhance?

Not even the shield defense working.

Will you be involved in the situation at all or what?
