Title: Custom tatooes still too expensive

Dear GM
I think custom tatooes are still too epxensive. Make it possible to buy custom tatoo b grade for 20 vote and b grade tatoos for 40 vote. I think that way it will be a must to have them and now it s optional with most ppl don t buying them at all.
