after wipe u make seal of limit for 2 minutes now you make 5 min again without post in forum nothing and success rate is 95 % for sure ...u can improve server and not play pacman like you do ? or if you dont know how to fix sell us the server... and check transfer pain from summoner necro i think you dont have it nornmal ...
