Title: Combat Aura [Duration]

Combat Aura (Tank Buff) Duration is 1 hour while all other buff duration is 2 hours.

I assume this is an easy fix in skills.xaml but improve the overall gameplay. Because currently when CA ends - You go to town to rebuff either way
