Title: chat ban and jail

hi im having a problem ranmdonly but frecuently get chat ban in zayra, inclusive time w/o say a word, that imposibilite use acpon /off or another comand , same time when finish epic or isntance get jail, w/o reason thx

Chat ban maybe you use voice commands like .acpon too fast, on raid maybe someone report you or you boxes.

Usually dont use box , but its posible reduce time of chat ban ? Coz was around 4 hours , thx
