There should be a work around for This other than Limit 2 computers Per IP .  When You have People That Have other Family that Play on The same IP . Also turning things up and Off for some Players or Clans Ruins The Server Name and That word travels Fast . It Does Not Take Long on This server to find This out Seasoned L2 Players can discover this fast when testing this Server.  If You want The Population to Grow it has to be stable with a Level Playing Field for All Classes For All Players and Clans.
