SERVER ANNOUNCEMENTS / Discord Server Reorganised

Hello people,

In order to give faster support (When staff is online of course) we created a Discord server some months ago. This discord server has been updated and some changes were made. Clan leaders will have a different color on their name and so will some other categories like Heroes.
Also i will be looking for 1-2 people to act as helpers on the discord channel. These people will be given some priviledges and will be responsible to assist players especially new people with some issues and questions they may have, for example if a new player comes in and does not know how Donator Coins work they can reply to him without the player having to wait for a GM or member of the Staff. Please note that they will have no special access on the server as their role will be ONLY on Discord.
What must such a person have? Simple!
  • Be a player who has not caused issues on the server
  • Be a player who has been on the server for a while
  • Be a player who perhaps speaks more than one languages (English is the main language)
  • Be a player who really wants to help L2 Viserion
If someone wants to be in that position please pm me on Discord ONLY so i will not lose messages. I will evaluate people that have sent me their interest and will announce who will be the one(s) to help the server actively

Dear Players,

From now on when a player leaves a clan he/she has to wait 24 hours in order to join another clan same as with Ally Leave.

Dear Players,

The last days there has been some extreme rumor about me having an active player and beeing a leader in a clan in the server so i would like to explain how things are.
Yes indeed i have(or better HAD) an active player who was put as a clan leader AFTER i became GM and for purpose of organising and not leading the clan 100% and i have already left that clan with my character.
To explain even more, my status as GM is a Test GM with limited access which only includes Teleport,Jail/Chatban and other minor things. The only one that can create items is Maximus and no other GM (Full or Test).
In this month that i am a GM i have always tried to listen to people and provide support in the level that i can (since i cannot do many things) and always tried to be of service (by creating the Discord Server and more that i have planned with Maximus)
It is also true that with some players prior to my GM status i had some differences but this should be left behind for the good of the server.
If you players that are the heart and soul of our server think and believe that i harmed the server in any way with this incidents i would like to know that and if i see that the majority believes so i will reconsider my position.
I know that some players do support me and i would like to thank them in advance.
The comments/replies on this post will be left open but do keep in mind that bad words/attitude will not be allowed.

SERVER ANNOUNCEMENTS / Email Address And Discord Server

Hello dear players,

As we can see that many of you ask for support that is more immediate we have created two new ways to contact us.


Please keep in mind the following:

  • Any form of abuse in the discord server will NOT be tolerated and the one who abuses will be banned from the discord server.
  • When you want to report something in the email please ALWAYS provide PROOF (Screenshot/video capture). Any emails for reports that do not have proof will not be dealt with.

If any clan on our server wants to create a channel in our official discord server please let me know using email or PM on Discord Server.

When you send email for help to this email please in the SUBJECT be clear as to what you want to report (for example SKILL PROBLEM, CHAR ABUSE etc) so the GM that deals with the problem can be notified.

Also there is a new way of posting issues coming. A whole new ticketing system that will help you post a ticket for us to see using attatchments too inside the trouble ticket itsself. If it can be applied to our website it will be announced and used immediately. For now please use the other two ways mentioned here

Tyrake i was not intending to reply but i will. I told you we will take care of it. Do you think all we do is watch the olympiad? We do many more things. I said we will take care of it and we will. As for me and what you said about me i am still new as GM and still checking my access. Yes i have seen what you reported and i am watching the olympiads but i do work as well and all this week i was working during olympiads.
All you need to be is a little patient. The GMs are all working to make the server as best as it can be. We depend on our users and we respect you and the reports you are all making.

Thank you for your loyalty in our server and your patience. We will do our best to take care of all problems that arise
