revisit AND adjustment really required...
The +30 Cost Fear makes no significant difference to +30 chance in duration (which is supposed to be THE purpose of the cost enchant, aprox. 5 sec vs 9-10 sec).
I don't say that it should be adjusted to a fully functioning, basic 60+ second, that would be absurd, but when the chance fear lands so badly, frankly the cost one makes literally no sense.
Same with other curses (like Vampiris Mist), which also has major issues (chance to succeed = 0%) and the damage is less than 1/8 what is supposed to be. (it works perfectly on mobs, but not on players, which is kinda makes me wonder...)
Mirella is right: a mage at this moment is no more than just one more target..
