Well this healer nerf is not small thing, and totally unfair. Why do you want to ruin the cardi gameplay? You can definitely feel the change, i would bet not only CD times were changed but other stats of those skills as well.
Apart from sides many main cardis complain about it.
Please restore all of the healing skills stats.
Wanna change current local healing habits? Give CD to mana pots, to make ppl using right skills, enchant on skills, but not nerfing heal skills like this.
Sleep was OP? OK. Ban sleep from events or nerf in pvp.
And btw you could ban silence, root, fear and any counter skills on events, or give a transform for everyone in events and it will be totally the same, equal.
