What the server needs is attractions to have activity!

Maximus, we understand your lack of time, but what everyone is asking for are simple changes, such as adjusting the Olympics schedule (a good part or even the majority of the community is Latin today, the Olys schedule is terrible), reworking the Oly awards and eventshop, a real PVP area... You are making bug fixes that no one sees.

It's a good idea. Many servers make adjustments to make gameplay more varied, the only important thing is to have robust patch notes to consult in case something changes. I also suggest changes to augments, such as Pdef (insignificant), Chance skills (simply doesn't work), empower (insignificant).

Hello.
There are more archers here nowadays because we request the leaders to organize the setups and organizing a cp archer is more comfortable for bigger ppls. Anyway, see that Kavv is currently a Duelist, see that we have a very active CP Mage cancel.
You have a lot of archers, but you play randomly, without combo, without assist, each on one side of the battlefield.
 That's the harsh reality. Try to improve, start by organizing a strong clan CP, then another and so on.

Guys, you put elegia and full zerk tankers to pull our target. How can you not see that this will never work?

I repeat, there are several viable setups on the server today, the problem is that you want to play randomly against those who play combos.

There was a CP at the beginning of the OLDPIC TW giving us a hard fight, the archer cp. They fought us 1 or 2 times and died, but it was a hard-fought battle, considering that we were short of 1 ppl. However, it lasted 20 minutes, then the members of that same pt came solo and randomly and the dispute was over. Each member of that party must have died 40 times to us in a siege. This is an example to illustrate the way you play. I say this so that you can identify the error and improve.

Come on, the usual complaints, without any self-criticism. Here are some positive criticism, so that they can improve.

Complaint 1 - GM a Party xxx uses Adrenalin. Pure speculation, based on the poor gameplay of most ppls. It's easier to complain about Adrenalin than to try to improve gameplay. You create random partys, without any sense of strengthening, and you think you're going to kill experienced players. My suggestion, organize yourselves in fixed partys, think that some classes strengthen others. Ex: CP Mage Cancel Stick - Focus on survival, main assist + cancel. Ideal setup: 2 self-combining HKs, 2 healers, 1 SH, 1 Necro, 4 Cancel mages. No Archer party can stay alive. Cp Duelist - Focus on AOE Damage - 2 SK + 1 Judi, 2 Healers, 4 Duelists.  The same goes for Doombrigers/GK/Titan, but the damage is individual and harder to scale. Forget daggers in mass pvp. Dagger is not a mass pvp class! The whole setup is based on Combo. SOS + Appetite!


Complaint 2 - Archers are too strong. No, they're not. The perception that they are strong is because you play randomly and we try to organize ourselves. My CP is always combo with SOS+xxx, and you play it anyway.

However, I have to say that most players on the server don't even do the BASIC gameplay. The basics are organizing cps with healers and DDs that boost each other. All DDs hitting the same target. Understand what Berzerk buff is for, not all classes should be zerk (Holy shit, why the hell do your tankers use Berzerk, our archers deal 2k damage, because your tankers are poorly buffed). Partys need to be together, it's no use putting 9 ppls and each one trying to do solo pvp, that's what most of you do.

Clans/Cps should be organized based on CP leaders. Define CP leaders and make your players play for the clan/party and not with the crap class that each one wants to play.

It would be possible to solve the problem of not having to do and avoid wipe. deploy +20 equipment, element level 9. Farm in zone pvp, raids etc. But as we said, everything here in Viserion takes a long time to run.

Yes, unfortunately the server is dead. Class changes without any warning, patch locks (deadz, somik, ...), lack of decent farm area for new players led to this. I consider the current Viserion files to be the best on H5, but without an active staff it is difficult to keep the server alive.

It's hard to understand how edited servers with horrible files, like Exilium, have 20x more players than Viserion, but that's the reality.

Wipe is an alternative, but not necessarily the only one. An incentive campaign for new clans, an incentive campaign for videos and streamings, a decent farm area where a new ppl wouldn't have to spend months farming to make the char full, change of schedule from oly to Latinos to fight (I guess after Russians , Latin players are the biggest community), inclusion of another connection route to decrease latency of non-European players, could revive the server, but with the little time that GM Max dedicates to the project, it is unlikely that anything will be done.

As everything here at Viserion is slow and even a decision to reactivate the server should take months, as unfortunately Max doesn't have time for the project, we are looking for other H5's to play, if anyone has a good recommendation it will be welcome.

The changes you made seem like they were made to meet 1 or 2 ppls cry from olympiadas to the detriment of the community.

Explain to me what your intention is to include NPCS PK killers in PVP zone (Fuck???) and improving classes that were already strong for oly. Classes like Titans, Paladins, Mages Cancel are still broken.

What is the logic of a pvp farm zone and a normal one that doesn't drop anything?

Facilitate drops in a single farm area to make life easier for those who want to start here or just give up and wipe. I'm against wipe, but the server is bad the way it is.

The server has a very low population and you divide the players into several different pvps/farm areas, which only demonstrates how empty the server is and discourages players from remaining logged in.

My suggestion for saving the server:

a) farm area with GCM, Element, Beas and BEWS drops. Better drop chances than any other farm spot. Centralizing the farm in a single spot.
b) area farm pvp flag activated, with 50% chance that the area described in item "a".
c) Study the feasibility of releasing +18 enchants, which could be exclusive by raid boss ultra enchant.

In case you don't have time for such complex changes. Wipe and announce that the server will be for seasons now. 1 year seasons in H5 seems like a reasonable time.

new geodata is in testing, for sure will be better but i'm not adding it now, other changes just check the change log, nobody check that area..

Max, honestly, I think you are a well-intentioned guy, but allow me to make a critical comment, the way you conducted the wipe / update is a real disaster.

Maintaining the two servers now is to postpone death, dividing the community.

As I said yesterday, your server is good for farm and very receptive to new players aiming at the end-game. If the wipe had been thinking from the beginning, with a massive release of the new Viserion, it would have been really cool. However, this was not his option.

My suggestion for you to save the community. Cancel the launch of today, keep it as Beta, redo the opening announcements for new viserios in ex...15 days, think about some benefit for your current players (to encourage them to migrate, Ex: full clan for larger guilds...), release Deadz at the start of the new server, which is based on Farm. Deadz helps a lot in boss, augment, up etc ... Blocking after some time, but give people time to reach the end game.

@inio I like your point, but the rates will stay at +16 since making +20 will require days of additional tests and class balance modifications and the opening is in just 3 days :)

Max, the talismans inserted in the FA store are not used by the majority, please review and include the main ones.

You are right in not wanting to please anyone specifically, but look, the changes that many ask for occur from most players.

1-Pvp area with automatic flag,
2-Talismans by vote or event,
3-New cloacks or improvement on the current ones, that nobody uses because the normal boss ones are better.
4-Adaptation of oly time

Hey

The new server is superior at everything, you will notice all the changes in time, also the updates posted do not represent even 40% of the work I done, but I tried to keep the existing structure so at the first look it seems only few things have been done.

The live new server will have many more fixes/updates than beta (about 40+ revisions made), this new server will not satisfy all of you but this is impossible, my goal is to be much better and liked than the old server.

In time, I saw that there is an NPC in giran giving the items. Okay, it could be simpler by alt + b, but it solves the first point.

Addendum:

The idea of daily quests is good! But not fishing! Let's focus on pvp and pve.

The idea of several PVP areas is bad, it will divide the staff. My suggestion, a single one changing every two weeks since you have configured it on the base date. And please, the pvp zone has to be with automatic flag !!!

Out of curiosity I logged into the test server now and I confess that I was a little disappointed. Apart from the events, there is nothing really new Max.

First we couldn't even test anything because there is no npc giving DC to speed up the tests. Obviously no one will upload a server test. Suggestion, DC coin for 1 adena in the general store so that we can actually test it. (Only on the test server! Obviously)

Talinsmans placed on the FA npc are talismans that no class uses. If it is to leave those, it is better to remove them so that the store is less polluted. Suggestion: Main talismans are: Divine, Explosion and magic explosion, max clarity and Life Force.

The store has nothing new. See, we need news in the store for players to re-engage with the server. I suggest again improved Core and Orfen, some new covers, which may have a slight increase in def or Mdef (creates possibilities for oly).

Some suggestions:

To maintain the server and improve donate (if necessary)
- Buffs Vips (specific coin) - The only difference will be having buffs already enchanted.

General
 - Clan War mandatory for level 11+ clans, we are on a pvp server and leaders insist on not accepting war.
- PvP zone force automatic flag! Or be a PvP zone like Coliseum.
- Talismans, change to catch 10 out of 10, as in any pvp server and / or put the main ones by votes.
- TW put limit of Wards, 2 per castle. Reason - Pvp balancing, prevents zergs.
- oly time. We understand that the server is in Europe and should follow its schedule, but is it not possible to relax just a little? Extending the end time by 2 or 3 hours would help a lot of players of other nationalities GMT +++
- Streaming event or on social networks to show the server's differentials. Friendly for new users, and without wipe. Helps clans that come to the server.


To think.
Implementation of CORE and ORFEN Improve.
- 2 bosses that could generate engagement, but are useless in the H5. Most h5 servers implement a way to exchange 2 or 3 jewels for Improve.

The penalty does not change anything MAX, just that the clans help each other. It makes sense to insert such a penalty into a PVP SERVER.

The simple changes that the server needs to improve are not made, such as implementation of some end game content (pvp zone, events with decent awards, etc ...) however, others are made without any communication which has taken the community away .

We have been asking for a small adjustment to the oly schedule for 6 months and nothing. Change in the way of acquiring talismans and nothing. After taking DEADZ and inserting a penalty, it is clear that there is a noticeable decrease in the number of players logged in. Unfortunately.
