Talk to Antharas Watchman Gilmore at the entrance to the Dragon Valley.

Go to the Dragon Valley, kill the following bosses - Emerald Horn, Dust Rider, Bleeding Fly, Blackdagger Wing, Shadow Summoner, Spike Slasher, Muscle Bomber and gain Large Dragon Skull
