Hello dear players,
As we can see that many of you ask for support that is more immediate we have created two new ways to contact us.
Please keep in mind the following:
- Any form of abuse in the discord server will NOT be tolerated and the one who abuses will be banned from the discord server.
- When you want to report something in the email please ALWAYS provide PROOF (Screenshot/video capture). Any emails for reports that do not have proof will not be dealt with.
If any clan on our server wants to create a channel in our official discord server please let me know using email or PM on Discord Server.
When you send email for help to this email please in the SUBJECT be clear as to what you want to report (for example SKILL PROBLEM, CHAR ABUSE etc) so the GM that deals with the problem can be notified.
Also there is a new way of posting issues coming. A whole new ticketing system that will help you post a ticket for us to see using attatchments too inside the trouble ticket itsself. If it can be applied to our website it will be announced and used immediately. For now please use the other two ways mentioned here
