Vampiric Mist - Damage issues

Hi,

Something isn't quite right with necromancer's Vampiric Mist skill (among other skills..).

The curse itself is not working at all. (wasnt able to land it successfully on any target, player or enemy)

The Power of Death Spike is identical (or less) to the Power of the Mist, but why does the Mist damages 1/4 of the Spike?

Please adjust the skill.
