For 5 minutes, returns damage from melee attacks and skills back to the opponent at a fixed rate. I have been testing this skill and doesnt seem to work. Took off all skills that would reflect dmg then used this skill hit myself with different toon till i had no hp. the toon i was acking with still had full hp and cp. Then i tried it will skills used up all the toons mp he still had full hp and cp. plz look in to this.

always cancel up 1-2 buff --> cancel up 5 buff
