The change in healers' skills really doesn't make sense. There are countless other adjustments that could be made to improve the server. I will mention a few suggestions that would enable other setups, both in Oly and in mass PvP:
From what I understood from messages with Max, the idea behind the change to healers was to balance Oly, but you could have done that simply by leaving Phoenix Knights retail or generally improving the shackle chance of other tankers.
Necro debuffs and the damage of other mages could be improved to enable CP mages. It doesn't make sense to have such a low critical magic limit, added to the cancel nerf. I understand the cancel nerf, but release the critical magic rate.
Classes like Dreadnought should be valued for creating warfront setups. Here, the idea is not damage, but control and stun skills need to be effective. Duelist's area skills could be improved for mid-front setups.
Dagger damage isn't bad, but it depends on critical wound, which has a low chance. Improve the chance significantly and even sieges daggers will be viable.
And to improve siege dynamics, decrease summon time (it will make casts more exciting and increase castle losses and recoveries).
