lost second password

I emailed [email protected] yesterday to get my second password reset. How long does it take for GMs to resolve this?

Your email got into spam folder, happens with new emails sometimes, I did reply.

Also is really hard for me to handle absolutely everything so fast, it usually take some days even more now when I need to fix things fast.
