you dont make any sense, instead of calling max out jusrt ask the motives behind every move you dont have to be rude.
retail balance is trash. ex: no limit on critical dmg results to 200k+ dmg from titans with sos/appe/zealot/fr, dont think anyone would like that.
There are many players that focus on oly, instead of forcing them to farm for +16 gear u set oly limit to +6. No need to mention +30 skils since gcms r so easy to farm.
Next time just say your opinion, you dont have to be toxic.
