If you use skills that take much time to use inside olympiad (for example Body Reconstruction) while you are affected with Seal of Suspension, the next time you join olympiad this skills will not be ready.
Somehow Seal of Suspension (Dominator) blocks the high time reuse skills from getting reset for the next olympiad match.
Also Sword Shield will not get reset.
