Captcha with no letters/nubmers inside

Mincer just got jailed for 300min becouse he got captcha where was nothing inside so he coudnot react.
Can you please fix it and unjail him?

No, but it was full black. It happened to me also on different server.

So, I tryed new system from website - not worked. And now after wrong answers at captcha I got disconnected and cant even log into game :-(

Like we talk, it's clearly somewhere from your client. you must reinstall a new copy of L2 + v8 system. I think server banned you. I'll try to unban you!
