Fear effectiveness

Maximus what is going on with  fear effectiveness? Cardinals are running all the time. In oly the same thing.  Fear efficasy has high percentage. And this is for all classes with this skill. PLease low fear efficasy and make it normal. Very bad for pvp!!!

The Future of Shillien Templar in PvP.

I believe the Shillien Templar has great potential in PvP scenarios, especially with the right build and strategy. But what if the community starts undervaluing this class? Could we see a shift in the meta where Shillien Templars become the ultimate underdog, proving everyone wrong?
