DB's Soul Roar and Blood pact

Doombringer's Soul Roar and Blood pact does not give the proper bonus max hp.

Blood pact gives 6.6% instead of 10%. 11703 without blood pact, and 12475 with it.
Soul Roar gives 9.9% instead of 15%. 11703 without soul roar, and 12862 with it.

This is tested with this gear:
+10 vorpal light set
+12 pvp defense belt and cp mithrill shirt.
none of the jewels on me giving max HP.
Dyes: -5 CON overall

Clan skills: Clan Body lvl 2 (5% hp)

If this is some kind of balance change between the classes then this topic is "outdated" and sorry for writing it.

I did modify skills to improve game play, but I do not have the logs from the last 6 years, since they have no retail values then were modified.

Does the health SA changed too?
+12 vorpal-shirt-belt->9115 without the Health weapon, 10032 with the health weapon.

This is not even 10%. Breaking an SA bonus into less than half is not okay.

I think, the SA Healt from weapons, increase only 25% of your Max HP. This mean +25% to  your maxim hp, when you are nacked with no items on you. The SA does not apply to the other items you wear, only to your maxim hp.
