SUGGESTIONS / Clan naming once per week ? - abussing of the function

Hi,
from the name of this topic, I would like to propose "Change of the Clan name only 1x per week"
(it can be applied also to other " change" functions just to keep sanity.
Lately, there are a lot of changes in Clan names, before TW, same as other clans, same crests as other clans, and abusing the names of the clans same as enemy.
It is just a game but seriously doing this as a stubborn kid - "I will name my clan the same as yours with the same crest" and then change it to something random, 3x a week is not really mature.
Therefore it would be cool to be able to change the names" of Clan, Ally, and others once per " some period of time" (up to you Maximus.
PS: maybe add it to the server Rules ? (in some form)

What about let the Global be Global chat and properly
- maintain it function
- chatban people that are using it for sell +trade
- chatban people that are spamming
- and do GM job
Global chat is not the problem but the people not obeying rules - which Is always the first rule everywhere

He did total opposite of what he should be doing
- global is for chat and no +trade ?
- global other language than English ?
- spamming global ?
All of this should be chatban, jail or global turned off
NOT spamming with announcement and writing in it that " continue I will ban you too, trust me" or letting people flame in the global like crazy In the 1 place -

we are not deciding or commenting on El Pepe comments and macro - even if it was the start of everything
But if GM Cezar was acting properly, if the reaction was according to a problem and issue or if the reaction was in proper time response.
In my opinion, stated above - he acted poorly, did not handle the situation, and a lot of stuff could be done different to maintain chat and server Sanity - in a proper way

Hi,
I dont want this topic to be hate or some sort of flame on GM Cezar
I just want to represent my observations with his acting and handling of issues, people, and situations on the server. (chat,ppl, announcement)
My experience is only from today 7.3 and It is about Global Chat spam and of banchat people and continuing on announcement spam from GM.
Long story short
- people are spamming stupid stuff in the Global
- people are blaming and swearing to each other in the chat
- threatening GM with Feedback o Cezar to Maximus and threatening server with DDos
End result
- banchat couple of ppl
- lot of people angry in the global
- spamming even more
GM Cezar reactions?
- banchat people for just saying 2 sentences
- spamming Announcement
- i did not really understand what he was writing due to " faulty" english ?
- really bad judgment of actions in the global
- telling with the Announcement that he is looking at people conversations
= He could definitely stop a global chat at the start and chatban people spamming or threatening and therefore wrote them personally.
= stopping all the spam and hustle at the start with any continuing in the global
I believe lot of people were saying and writing feedback to Maximus about this and previous actions of Cezar around this.
