On Ghost Hunter (I don't know what about the other daggers), the +30 chance Mortal Strike does not give +30% vital spot attack rate. I checked in .stats, my vital rate without any buffs is 2,1.
(2,1*0,3)+2,1 is not 2,4. It's around 2,65 (Now you can say:This is not much, but I can say, it's so much).
Focus Death works properly I think.
