Can not make a new account

Hey folks, I did EXACTLY as instructed: downloaded the client, installed it, deleted the system folder, pasted the modified system folder aaand... This is what I get when I click "New Account":



WTF?

I really wanna try this server our, but having issues like these is just frustrating.

accounts on this server are auto created.
You just type in whatever id / pass You'd like.
If the ID is not taken You will be let in server (if the ID is taken, You will get incorrect password error)
