Your Windows OS version is not supported!
« on: April 22, 2020, 01:14:29 PM »

This is the players putting Insider Preview using the obscure Windows 10 packages that this update offers. Perhaps they consider this to be the last version.

From my experience, I use the latest official version of Windows 10 and no updates to Insider Preview have ever been offered

The latest official version of Windows 10, at the moment - is build 18363.778 !!

To find out which version of Windows 10 is installed on a player, follow these steps:

1. use the winver command in the start menu to find out the exact OS build

2. Compare this build with the site - https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Windows_10_version_history

You don't need to reinstall Windows! With Insider Preview you can do a rollback

Hi there! It sounds like you're encountering an issue with a Windows OS version not being supported. Have you tried rebooting your Windows to see if that resolves the issue? Sometimes, a simple restart can do the trick. If not, make sure you're using the correct keys to reboot your Windows. Also, you can check out the windows 10 Reddit key for some helpful tips and tricks on resolving Windows issues. The community there is often a great resource for solving technical problems, and you might find the solution to your problem there. Good luck!
